I mean, simply, that if you want to get things done, it’s increasingly obvious that the best way is going to be through some kind of conversation with a machine, especially when the machine can then go and complete the task itself. Think of an admin-enabling app, whether it’s Outlook, Teams or Expedia. It’s hard to see a future where they’re not either replaced or mediated by AI.
